Pre-select and optimise in a minimum amount of time

Too many designs to test?

Following the creative phases, the choice of designs to send for testing is often difficult. Objectivity is altered after design work in which everyone is heavily involved. The major trap also lies in creating a layout that responds properly to the objectives of a team that knows the project perfectly, while the illustration should most of all do justice to the design for the consumer and the shopper.

To look at it from the consumer’s viewpoint, In Vivo BVA offers assistance with selection and consulting for optimizing based on "consumer" success criteria coming from our experience in store assessment.

Through a collaborative approach, moderation of the expert sessions with your project teams and your project partners (packaging and advertising agencies) gives an appropriate time for taking stock, as well as a fast appropriation of the changes to make.

A half day to make your innovations win

Briefing of teams on session methods and presentation of the objectives of the projects to be evaluated.

Individual evaluation of each of the areas in the store’s department (in reality or virtual) according to our Innovalue grid.

Compilation of the evaluations and filing.

Debate and Areas of Optimization

A collective evaluation

8 to 10 industry experts, each with a mind to innovation (RD, Merchandising, Marketing, Research, Packaging agencies and In Vivo BVA experts). For a 360° approach, which reveals “blind spots" thanks to the variety of points of view.

A tested, objective chart

This tool is based on a risk analysis chart. The participants use it to evaluate the chance for innovation according to indicators drawn from our 20 years of experience with in-store testing. Data on the written concept and the actual advertising is cross-evaluated according to each criterion to eliminate major pitfalls and stack the deck in favor of success.

An organized process

This strict approach combines individual and collective assessment to remove any bias from differing opinions and identify room for improvement at the end of the process. For project managers, it is also a way to save time for the stages ahead by using the participants' collective intelligence to come up with possible solutions for the problems identified.
