Structured working processes, high-quality studies
In Vivo BVA France received ISO 9001 certification in 1998. In 2002, it won the French Prize for Quality, and in 2003, it was granted French Quality Association AFAQ's eponymous award.
The Quality System is in place at all In Vivo BVA subsidiaries, to ensure that all study processes and procedures are standardized.
In Vivo BVA’s Study Quality System is divided into eight specific processes, from setting out the methods of study to presenting the final results, and everything in between (preparing and performing fieldwork, processing data, analyzing the results, drafting the study report, formulating conclusions and recommendations).
Each process is supervised by a process manager, who makes sure that everything is running smoothly and makes any necessary improvements based on a set of internal and external objectives and indicators (such as customer satisfaction surveys).
Under this Quality System, we base our studies on strict organizational discipline and close cooperation with our clients.
